Go register on kuka xpert, you can register your robot and raise support tickets on there, it's often quicker than just emailing
Hi, It's been a while since our last post. We finally got the original IST and PID files from Kuka. Should I go ahead and replace the PID file from the robots' computer? Also, I can't locate where does the IST file is placed.
Any help is much appreciated.
