Use Workvisual with KRC2

HI,

I research to use WORKVISUAL with my KRC2 Controller.

I have configured the network. I was obtained to do a ping between controller to my computer.

When I start Workvisual, I don't obtain to communicate with the controller. Can someone help me?

WorkVisual is incompatible with KRC2.

The robot system has to be KRC4 or newer.

Instead, you can connect a keyboard, mouse, and monitor to the robot controller to make changes to the system.
