where did you look?
How can you find out the Frame for the base if it is anchored to the center of the positioner?

manuals i always have at hand include (latest one for each KSS version i work with)
1. Programming manual for System Integrators
2. Configuration of Kinematic Systems
3. System Variable Manual
4. SafeOperation
5. CREAD/CWRITE manual
manuals for tech packages are easy to extract from current KOP.
i use 7zip since it allows me to explore content of KOP files directly (and can do the same with backup images in WIM format)
same goes for hardware manuals (robot, controller, optional interfaces)
and of course controller schematics (included with each robot).
that set of files easily covers 99% of all cases
all of this is easily obtained by contacting KUKA, checking download section here or - using Xpert (KUKA service portal).
Xpert is free in basic version - just need to create a free account using real email from company/university etc, not the web based ones like Yahoo or Gmail...
all of this is explained in pinned topic READ FIRST.
in your case, first two manuals are what you should focus on.
