KRC1 ERROR "KEY FILE NOT FOUND" X2 X3

Hello fellas,

I'm working with a KUKA KRC1, but I'm not able to log in expert mode, when I try, the massage "Key file not found" appers, as I attached.

Another doubt, what is the X2 and X3 connections on the cabinet? I'm familiar with X1, X11, X20, X21,from the KRC4, so can you guys please explain this to me?
