DX 100 TEACH PENDANT NO CONTROL.

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the teach pendant JZRCR-YPP01-1. It starts up and becomes the start screen. The machine starts up and automatic operation is possible, but the robot cannot be controlled. Teach pendant was previously emergency connected to the NX100 and worked similar to here. What could be causing the problem?


    That is a DX pendant. When you put the pendant on an NX the pendant software has to be rewritten. If the pendant is then put on DX the pendant software has to be rewritten. This has to be done in Windows with the disk on chip. Contact your local Yaskawa office.

    I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.
