H1044 Error

    Hello everyone,
    I have a controller CR750-D and I get the error H104n, in all its axes (four axis robot H1041, H1042, H1043, H1044).


    I've been checking the fuse (F8) that the manual says, but the fuse is ok.


    I have tried removing the cable CNUSR11 to see if the error appears again, but the error persists.






    I don't know what can cause this anymore,



    any ideas?
