ERC K10S need help

Dear All,

My robot display " connection error tb-cpu" on crt.

- Fist time i check the batterry, have no volt. So i replace new batterry. And turn on the power. -> crt display connection error tb-cpu.

Please help me.

TB is the Teach Box or as we now call the teach pendant. With this alarm it can be the teach pendant, the pendant cable, or the card in the CRT (the pendant plugs into the CRT and you can blow this card up).

Dear Mr Robodoc,

When i replaced new batterry, I see the batterry led still red light.

Is it normally.?

In manual write this led light when batterry low volume. After we replace new batterry, it should be off, right?

Perhaps the battery connector is not plugged in right.

If the battery is homemade then the voltage or polarity could be wrong.

Motoman part # is 479348-1, Yaskawa part # is ER6C3.
