    Hello,

what would be the easiest and simplest way to repeat the program on the other side of welding positioner?

I need same coordinates only the E1 180 instead of E1 0. Now the program is written in inline commands for one side and it would be nice to transfer same motion to the other side as well.

You can try with OrangeEdit Position-Transformation tool, or even duplicating modules that weld with the positioner with 0 degrees, and after changing the E1 value on their .dat files from 0 to 180. You obviously need to check the new programs after the procedure.

Easiest way is, if E1 can be switched to independent axis: move it to the 180° position, decouple it and you are done. But this hardly depends on the actual machine configuration.

Thank you, I see that OrangeEdit has E1 on its position transform, will test this one if it works I dont need to use find-replace :grinning_squinting_face:

Hermann, could you elaborate on how to decouple E1, can it be done in program code by some kuka variable?

I wouldn't use this for this one (as this will be used by other beginner programmer), but it would be useful in the future if its simple operation.
