The TP shown in the image is ON. What is the state of the Mode switch?
Are you getting the "Operation mode T1 Selected" fault while the robot is running?
Check the wiring inside the robot controller, safely, to see if the wiring to the mode selector switch is not loose.
Is this a newly commissioned robot or one that has been running and this just appeared?
Another question, does the history reflect alarms from normal conditions or do they pop up randomly during operation as well?
I would look at the mode selector switch on the controller. If the selector switch is mounted away from the controller, like at a junction box or something, I would look at the extension cable from the controller to the junction box, otherwise it is most likely the wires in the controller to the mode selector switch, or the switch itself
