Help with error 39423 on IRB 7600 IRC5

    I Checked other errors that ocurrs at the same time and found this:


    "Internal Error:


    Description:


    Forx_h.c 3760 Main Drive Warning = 512."


    The system is a dual System, 2 robots IRB 7600 mounted on a track, every one with its single externa axis, one IRC5 Controller.

    Not sure on supervision code 512 besides the fact that it's the 10th bit. That may be a good question to ask ABB tech support.

    Having the dual system should afford you the time honored troubleshooting method of swapping drive units to see if the problem follows. You didn't state what type of drives the controller has. Are they black plastic or metal? A pic of the inside of the controller will also work.

    Though it may not be related, the 39402 error can be caused by noise in the resolver signal due to a bad cable, poor grounding, or electrical noise from the process such as welding.
