ABB IRC5 Controller Event Message 20253 External device Temprature High DRV1

There is a connector which would attach from an external drive but if there is none it should have a jumper plug in it. On the left side maybe XS21, 22? See if the in something in that area which may have come loose or the wires in the plug came loose.

Dear All

We are facing problem in ABB IRC5 Controller with following error Event Message 20253 External device Temperature High DRV1

We have acknowledge the same many times but it has been coming again and again

There is no external device attach to the robot

We have also cleaned and checked all the fans. All are working fine

Can any one help
