Hi,
I have installed a KUKA robot model KR210 R2700 extra with an KRC4 controller firmware version 8.5.7 which normally runs in AUTO-EXT by a SIEMENS PLC 1516-T. It has been working since june without any problem but last month has stopped twice because of the following warning:
- KSS00099 - Error when reading/writing PNIO-DEV
- KSS11011 - Not possible to stablish connection between PLC and robot in 20000ms
Those errors seems to be related with KUKA SW package KUKA PROFINET MS which is needed for profinet communication (it is installed version 4.1.2 of this package). I have checked they are installed correctly and it does not make sense to me that they failed (maybe i am wrong).
At this plant voltage drops are very frequent which I think leads to the next warnings, first time I solved it by a cold reboot and re-installing the program, but this last time this actions didnt solve the trouble and while working on the solution a new voltage drop lead to the following error:
- Unhandled Error: Root element is missing (C:\KRC\User\SmartHMI.User.config)
This error seems to be a corruption of the KUKA image mounted on Windows.
My questions are:
- How can I solve the first warnings? Am I doing it right with the cold shutdown? Is there any other way?
- Are this error related to voltage drops or to a bad robot operation?
Thanks in advance
Javier
