Fanuc ARC Mate 120iBe to Fronius welder settings

    I'm new to the forum so please bare with me.


    I have a Fanuc ARC Mate 120iBe that is connected to a Fronius welder via DiviceNet and I don't know how to change the robot setting over to Job mode.


    Some more info if it helps,

    -When I try to run my program the mgs "ARC -124 EQ1 E:150, Fronius is OFF" shows up

    -But in the "I/O DeviceNet" window, Feonius weld PS has the "Stat" of ON

    -I think this is because the welder is set to a hand mode and I don't know how to change the modes.

    Can you give me some more information? (also screenshots would be good)

    What powersource?


    You can choose the operation mode in -> Data -> weld schedules -> cmnd -> Select WP

    In weld schedules you can create lets say job mode, 2-step mode and so on....



    Please give me some more detailed informations maybe i can help you. (Screens are always good)
