You should receive these with the supplied DVD with the robot.
If not, then I suggest you contact your local Kawasaki distributor for them as spare parts specifically may include different revisions specifically for your robot, that are not listed in previous manuals.
All they require is the serial no of the Robot Arm, and they can provide the specific information for your Robot Arm.
