i try to use for the first time my two kuka agilus kr6 r700 sixx robots and i have some problems,could you please give some help?

at the moment i do not have a sata converter...i think that i will proceed with the other steps that i have from "panic mode"

and this is what the safety configuration setting look like when i enter as a safety maintenance user

panic mode i have done everything you mentioned,except the usb backup of the hard drive, unfortunatelly the robot is not moving in start up mode.can i do anything more?have you checked the logs?should i look in there for something specific?thank you again

the safety configuration troubleshoting wizards give to me the oportunity to "activate" the safety configuration...is it harmless or potentially correct to press ok for this process?

i just threw some more screens from the safety configuration tab ...if you can advice me anything about my problem it would be really appreciated

i managed to clean the checksum error...so now there are only the mastering erors and two pnio errors...i dont even know what the pnio is...if someone could give to me this final piece of information so that i can at last move in jog mode this robot.id be trully very happy.thank you

yes and as i can see in the i/o tab it is inactive...i reconfigure and i reset but it is ethercat active and profinet inactive...do you know where i can change such a thing?
