There is a system parameter for regain distance. If the robot has an auto stop, general stop or estop, or even a quick stop, it will deviate from its path. If it is within the regain distance specified, it will regain the path, then resume. If it is outside the regain distance, it will refuse to resume operation. I expect that it is operating correctly and that you should not attempt to "correct" this situation. If anything, maybe it has brakes that are more worn and so it is taking a longer stopping distance. You should investigate the brakes effectiveness and replace motor if necessary.
It's strange because I changed a bit parameters about AUTO in regain distance, even reducing distance without success. Then I'll check something about brakes, thanks.
