Hi all, I have a Motoman XRC YASNAC Up20 system. The system has been sitting for several years.
I recently got it going again with minor problems, however it started giving a lot of CPU related problems, for example – Not booting up and at with another cpu some pp alarms. I then replaced the xcp01 with a used one and all good. A Week later not booting up again and had replaced it with another used cpu, but scratched deeper and replaced the whole cpu rack, just in case, changed cable and pendant just in case and also even installed a line filter to illuminate any power supply related causes.
Tested all voltages-OK
Any Ideas are appreciated. It`s unusual to loose cpu`s one after another.
What else can I Check.
