newbie to fanuc robot

I have already kuka robot and know the basics for kuka krc2 robots.

I got a fanuc R-30iA robot and i don't know how to start with fanuc...

What software i will need for using the robot for milling applications ?

What manuals must read to start with fanuc robot ?

Iam totaly newbie and need some guidance how to start...

This manual ships only to US and all items > 22eur outside europe stop at customs and need clearance.

Can i find this manual in electronic form ?

One question fanuc R-30iA can interpret 5 axis milling G code except from karel ?

If no is there a plugin that can read G code ?

M-900iA/L260 how it compares with a kuka kr240 in mechanical characteristics ?

Which has better mechanics ?

I received the robot with control R-30iA but the power mains plug cable is cut.

The plug that was on robot has 6 terminals+ground and the old cable (4 wires+ground wire) was connected to 1/2/3/4 terminals (5/6 was unconnected).

The 3 phases are 1/2/3 and neutral is 4 ?

my control R-30iA does not have mode switch selector is always in auto mode.

How can i add mode selection switch?

I mean how is the wiring?

Also how can i disable completelly profinet safety? Because i have SRVO-419 alarm

Can i use a generic 3 position switch?

How to wire it?
