SETUP PLC TO FANUC

    I see a few things that are wrong.


    Signal timing is off. It shows all three signals coming on at the same time PNS bits, PNS Strobe and Prod start. This is wrong. It should be as follow.


    1. PNS select bits come on

    2. wait 100 ms

    3. PNS strobe turns on

    4. wait 100 ms

    5. Prod Start signal comes on

    6. wait 100 ms

    7. PNS Strobe and Prod start go off


    Please fix the timing sequence to ensure a reliable startup.


    Second you do have another error. Startup Check failed. Which should be accompanied by another message in the alarm history showing which check failed. You can view the startup checks on the Prog Select screen. Please take a screen shot of that and post which startup checks are enabled. Then you can go through each one that is enabled and see which one is causing the error.

    Well the PLC does not wanna change anything because the another robot is working lol.

    But I cleaned the alarms. The issue was in PRIO-230 Ethernet/IP I just change the to FALSE ans START again, cold start and was ok.

    For INTP-127 I just did Hot start.


    Now the robot is working :smiling_face:

    No, I can´t the "standart" just use 700 and 900.

    The line next to me is using this range but i when the robot is running i can´t see anything
