SETUP PLC TO FANUC

Do you have PNS setup in the prog select menu? Is the PLC setup the same? Are you using abort and prod start signals correctly. The picture above shows UI[6] which is a red flag for me. Yes it can work but is not the best way.

Changing your program select method requires a power cycle . I noticed you have hot start set to true; you may need to cold boot instead. Ensure you have PNS selected, and see if that makes a difference.

If it does not, SYST-011 and SYST-014 alarms usually have an associated alarm to explain what caused them. Your setup/config looks correct and if you are saying it is similar to the robot that is working, then it could be a timing issue with calling the PNS.

SRVO-043 is unrelated. There are a few causes to this alarm; if you are saying it is intermittent then it is likely repetitive aggressive motion.

Just to rule it out, are you able to select and execute PNS0001 from the teach pendant in T1 mode without issue? Like others have mentioned, a screenshot of the alarm history and any alarms preceding the SYST-011 fault.

You should show us the actual UI signals, not the DI copies. DI copies don't do anything valuable anyway.

I saw your PNS strobe signal is on. That should only be pulsed. On for 250 ms then off. Wait 250, Then pulse the start signal for 250.

Change the PNS strobe back to a pulse. Then please take a picture of the actual UI signals at the time of failure, not the DI copies, they are meaningless, UI are the only input signals that matter. If you could take a video of the Teach pendant on the UI screen while the start sequence is happening.

I would first try to troubleshoot the issue before you go that route. Can you send the image or video of the UI signals?
