SmartHMi has stopped working

    this has been happening to a client for some time.


    To try to solve this we changed the hd, but the problem happened again.


    I'm suspicious of the smartpad, because I switched to another smartpad and the problem hasn't happened yet.

    it could be the smartPad itself. maybe check firmware version. also state hardware version (smartPad or smartPad2). for example i run into a different issue with smartPad2. it was refresh that repeated last touch input. firmware update made it better (after messing up one smartPad - received wrong FW version). smartPad is easy to swap if you have another one. if needed consider running without smartPad until issue is sorted out.
