Is it possible to compare two backups from Nachi robots like in ABB? I need to find out if any changes were made.

I'm not sure if a full compare is possible.
You can convert programs to ASCII format (using FD on Desk or in robot itself), rand after this, use some kind os comparison tool, like WinMerge or KDiff3 to co.pare both.

Folders can be compared using "Service Utilities" --->"File Manager"--->"Verify"

FD(11) is the controller name, but I don't know what it means. FD on Desk is NACHI'S simulator for FD series. There is also a CFD controller, where C, I suppose, stands for "Compact".
Previous generation was AX, and it's simulator was AX on Desk.

Well, as far I know, there was a demo for FD on Desk, distributed by a company called PPM, but it was an old version.

You will need to create a login on site to download it.
I don't know if there is a demo distributed by directly by NACHI itself, but if You have a robot, maybe You can try to contact them.
