error on reading / writing PNIO CTR-leoni tcp controller bus error

    hi all

    greetings,

    I have a drilling system with KR60HA Robot with krc4 controller

    in this application we are using leoni as tcp controller (pic attached)

    after doing the configuration iam getting the ethercat error

    please advice me on this

    find the picture for better understanding

    you are doing it wrong.

    for example don't plug network cable into first port you see. make sure it is really the correct one...

    CCU port X44 is NOT a ProfiNet interface.

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

    I'm assuming the Advintech is a ProfiNet device, not an EtherCat, yes?

    How did you connect the Advintech to the KRC? On what port?

    Hi ,

    thanks for response

    panic mode you are right i was connecting on ek 1100, now i changed to KONI(pic attached)

    SkyeFire yes its a profinet device -now i connected to KONI port

    still i have bus error on leoni analysis unit

    in krc -error on reading/writing-PNIO-CTRL

    Did you assign online the ip address to the leoni modul?

    spiral - yes i assigned ip for leoni and I selected profinet protocol in leoni -please find the attacment

    You need also assign the ip address to the MAC address of the leoni modul.you did that?

    Right click on the Profinet interface in the project structure and then select "connect".Right click again and select "Function"-> "Device list and profinet names" from the menu.Find the MAC address of the Leoni modul and assign the ip from the list.

    oh my.... would you please stop with trial and error? don't just plug things into first port you see....

    do not connect ProfiNet devices to KONI...

    KRC4 controller ProfiNet interface is not on X44 and not on KONI and not on KSI... it is the KLI

    read the manuals and eat your vegetables.

    I will try for support from Leoni. I think the SW is not problem I not ask for Licese. The SW without licese is as demo version...
