SYST211 - Comm Processor Time-out error

Hey guys,

I've come across the problem that I've seen before, but it would be one time action. Now I have a few robots that have this issue form time to time.

Any idea what might cause the error ? My first thought was that maybe memory gets full or I'm jumping into some loop that just processes too much data, but the message shows randomly.

I would greatly appreciate your help, please point me into right direction

I have not, it occurs rarely. However I'm pretty confident that it comes from the fact that my Ethernet is overloaded,

I'm using IIC, EthernetIP to communicate with PLC and devices, KRL program to communicate with vision software over socket communication and I have plant network backups. That's a lot of traffic,

I cannot disable either of those, so hard to give a good answer.

Oh I'm using Port1, Port2 and Port3
