KUKA KRC2 External controller connections

    I use an krc2 controller which i need to connect it with external plc to run the required program by selecting models from plc, using binary values to control prog number to robot how do i need to configure the pin in hardware side eg; my bit length is 7 where i need to configure it in krc2 controller and where do i need to connect those 7 wires from plc to krc2 controller krc2 controller is equipped with wago device net with 32I/O pins.how and where do i need to connect system variable values.

    You need to configure AutomaticExtern in the robot menu.And what kind of interface do you use to connect with the plc?

    You could do that. Another alternative would be to equip your PLC with a DeviceNet module, and make a direct DN connection to the robot. That would avoid needing to wire up all those discrete I/Os.
