I have one problem about servo 62 BZAL in Fanuc s430iL, I am already change the batteries, new battery replaced with old one but BZAL alarm gone when I am reset the alarm. Means I am doing remastering. This is works good for some times and if electricity gone panel off and after electricity comes panel again starts that time I am facing BZAL again and again. I am already check all encoder connections and battery cable also check it's look like ok. Can any one help me?

Is the BZAL alarm on all axes or just 1?
If it is all, check the inside of the battery box and make sure the tabs that contact the batteries are clean and free of corrosion.
Make sure you are using high quality industrial grade batteries.

I have had wires corrode off behind the battery, in the arm body. Acted the same way as op's.
