Hi everyone,
I need the sm.com file to enable the external monitor in a KRC1. I don't have the CD that is suppose to come with the robot, does anyone have it to upload it here?

the best thing would be checking customer support from kuka.
Give them the serial number of your robot and I am pretty sure the will send you the file

if you are interested in single file, i would say state KSS version. maybe installed KSS is not what was originally shipped with so KUKA records may not be up to date.
