Hello,
Is it possible to base the robot without a password for OP2? The robot only moves when turned off soft limits.
Thanks in advance.
Hello,

No. The OP2 function password is built into the software. Sounds like you do not have the home position set or it is not correct.
there is no method to cheat the axis positions? Only the yaskawa serice saves me?
No, without the home position the controller does not align with the arm and the kinematic model will never work.
You can get into the OP2 area with the normal password 00000000 (8 zeros).
when I enter 00000000 the following message appears:
FEL 1030 : Ident-Nr. Falsch
What if I remove the drive belts and set the appropriate coordinates? what should be the values in the home position?
Ident-Nr. Falsch is "wrong Ident" or wrong password. Someone has changed your OP2 password.
If you look on the internet you can find the Yaskawa password and set it to something you know.
There are only two drive belts for B and T axis. For the other four you will have to pull the motor out of the drive. If you do this for L and U, the arms will fall (the brakes are in the motors).
I have one more problem:
the servos are only on in teach mode when I switch to play mode they turn off, what could be the reason?
gate switch is open
