New to yaskawa spot application.....
I created tip dress program like mentioned sequence-
1.before dress position
2.dress position
3.cutting done
4. Touch to tip pos
5. Touch to plate/block position
-First I mounted New tip, mastered it zero...
-then run the program having touch to tip position afterward touch to plate position
-then I run tip dress program.
-my upper/lower tip limit set value is 7mm.
Now the problem I m getting is unusual tip wear calculations everytime I tip dress(like sometime fix tip -11.2 sometimes it is 20.2 etc)
Please someone explain what procedure I should opt or follow.
