ERC controller, Need Help Alarms 0853, 0963 at Servo power up.

    ERC controller with K10 Welding work cell. Need Help with Alarms0853 Servo Pack Failure [T] and 0963 Over current [T]. Replaced the T-axis servo pack, but still getting the same alarms. What can I check or replace next?

    Remove the U/V/W wires from the servo pack. If you still get overload it's the servo pack.


    Please note, if you have a short in a motor or the harnesses to the motor and put a new servo pack in the robot you kill the new servo pack.


    ERC is so old, where did you get the replacement servo pack? Are you sure it was a working servo pack?
