Hello everyone,
How can I use these codes, what are the advantages to me, in what situations are they generally used? "ffset, ffreset, reffltreset, reffltset"
The overall purpose of these commands are to effectively increase smoother motion and reduce vibration.
However, there will be impacts to cycle time/trajectories.
Effectively what you are doing is 'fine tuning' the motor control parameters to your application if you are experiencing these issues.
Although, I have never implemented any of these, all the necessary information is provided in the AS Manual, including:
- Explanation of purpose.
- Impact on cycle times.
- Examples.
In my opinion, to implement these commands in your code, will require a lot of trial and error as they will be bespoke to the application.
I would consider using these in instances where the robot arm specification has been significantly overrated for the application and experiencing issues.
Otherwise, I would not consider using them.
I can see some applications where these commands would be more beneficial only if issues exist in:
- Machine tending like IMM or die cast parts.
- Small part loading.
- Machining applications like plasma cutting.
In Robotics application, I cannot find the corner point and make the movement of rotation, the accumulation of glue during rotation creates very serious problems.
is there a place that we skipped in programming, or is our robot not suitable for this task. I'm waiting for your help.
I can send you the current program
I have some questions to ask first, so can you start a new topic?
