Problem in T2 welding program

  • Hello guys,

    in our company we have a KRC 2 controller with KR 16 robot.

    All works fine with motion and i can move the robot with some lines of program.

    The problems starts when i try to use the ArcTech program.

    When the program find the line ARCON ... the robot go with LIN to the start welding position but not ignite and the errore 1430 appear with the description INTERRUPT 3 not defined.

    Is this because we are in T2 mode, so if i change to Automatic all works fine... or is a strange error?

    How can i fix it?

  • As Panic says, it sounds like, in Teach mode, you are running the program differently than it runs in auto -- you are either hand-selecting a subroutine that would normally be called by a higher-level "main" routine, or you are hand-selecting a line and skipping the INI fold, which is where the INTERRUPT 3 declaration is usually located by default.

  • Ok, perfect ... now i have made my first weld with this robot! Thank you so much.

    Now i have to check with Fronius technician how to configure all JOBS and start to writing some lines of code... and try the first program!
