ROBOGUIDE WELDPRO LICENSE ISSUE

I am facing this issue after installing it on my new laptop

HOST and PORT is correct as other team members are using the same and it's running fine

Anyone faced similar issue??

I am wondering if Microsoft windows interfering somewhere...

Can you show the page that displays the available licenses? Also show your settings.

I had got thsi error message during the lockdown because of the floating license.I updated my V9 to version I and it worked....
