Problem to activate the project in the KRC. V8.3.18

I am having a problem when trying to add new packages to a project. I deploy through the workvisual but the project is only available, I tried to activate it several times and it didn't work. Does anyone know how I can activate it?

    I don't have error when I deploy. The only problem is when I try to active the new project. I don't have message error from work visual and also I don't have message error from KCP.

    how about some info:

    what is the exact KSS

    what are the origins of the project that you are trying to activate? you made it yourself? or collected one from officelite and modified? if so what modifications exactly?

    what tech options are installed in office lite? what options are integrated into WoV?

    are you logged in? As what?

    some message MUST come up.... take a screenshot.
