I have a issue with one of R30ib Controller, where after reboot i get alarm 6 sysemg error.
Did image backup and later restored the image, since then i am getting this error.
Kindly let me know how to fix this.
In alarm list it says to replace CPU, axis card, or main board.
This is brand new robot controller.

If this unit is brand new, I would ask the the manufacture to take a look at iy.

please, did you get any answer about it? We have the same error, but after completely cleaning up the main unit. It was very dirty and I have removed the power board and motherboard and after restart there was the same error.

Hello, we had the same problem but with an older controller R30iA. I have cleaned it up because of a lot of mess on it and after reboot there was this error. The solution was in completely reinstal image with e new eprom data. Due to disconnected power supply there was no eprom data. So the new system and everything is ok.
