Hi guys,
I have a problem on my station.
The robot controller control 2 robots and 3 external axis (holding a metalic piece).
In cycle :
1. 3 external axis go in first position
2. robot 1 go take a piece and go on position of the 3 external axis.
3. robot 2 go on the position of the 3 external axis
4. Xray from the robot 2 during X time and go loopback position
5. robot 1 go laydown the piece and go loopback position
6. 3 external axis go in position 2 ( and we restart the cycle step1, with the 3 external axis next position)
everthing is ok the first cycle , but at the second cycle step 3:
The robot doesnt move and i dont understand why.
The movement pointer and program are on the same lane on " reeltool" i have already the "start" and there is no problem on the side of the PLC.
i Have tried to learn a new position , changing several axis postion of the robot but the timeout is still there.
The robot must move !! but no
There is no alert in the journal of event.
Does anybody meet this problem before ?
which solution can i try ?
