Suddenly one welding robot has no gas flow. Already changed diffuser, cone, regulator as well as fuses. Seems like there is gas getting at least up to the feeder but for some reason it isnt coming out the nozzle. I am out of ideas so anything is helpful.

Is your feeder working? Can you jog wire +/-?
-
yeah wire jogs no problem
-
Check the selonoid wires on the back of the feeder. or could be a bad selonoid. This turns on the gas flow on and off.
They sometimes wont work when the become covered in metal dust also.
-
Blew it all off with some compressed air and nothing, switched it out just to try off of one that works and also nothing
-
When you turn on the gas output from the robot, do you hear the solenoid click?
-
Is the hose lead where the cable hose mounts into the feeder push all the way into the receiver on the wire feeder and the screw tight.
If it is not pushed in all the way the gas ports will not line up.

So it works now for absolutely no reason at all. Hose was attached just fine and everything. Left it down for like a day trying to think of something and now it just works. So that's neat.

I just wanted to clarify my last post. Was saying to check where the cable hose that goes to the welding torch goes into the wire feeder was pushed all the way in and the screw was tight. We have had that work its way loose in the past. Glad you are up and running again.
