Mitsubishi Auto/Manual mode switch on CR800-D or teach pendant?

    I am a little confused when reading pdf files from MItsubishi as the CR800-D has special two-wire input for mode switch. Mode switch is to switch between Automatic and Manual (Teach) modes. Am I missing something or this switch is not by dafult on the robot controller or teach pendant? How the mode is changed? I was looking teach pendants R32TB and R46TB.

    it has to be external switch connected to controler, pendant is only displaying actual state.

    On pendant there is teach button, but it works only as a confirmtion, that you are ready to work with it.
