OTC Robot DR4000 - can't initialize?

Wondering if you can help.

I got a Dr4000 and the battery died so it lost everything. I do have a backup and the software to load(PM95). Replaced the battery.

Had to dig out a WinXP machine to load the software w/ usb key. Following the manual for PM95, says to get into teach mode.

The issue i have is stuck in "initialize". I don't know how to get pass this part to get into teach mode.

I got pass this issue.

Now i get an EC10607-0000 RELAY ABN -> Power Off.

Anyone know if i can bypass?

Got pass this error. You have to boot into diag mode.

1. Press the page over button and the X+ button then power up your controller.
2. Enter the password 7896 this will put the control in diagnosis mode.
3. Select F4 CONTROL
4. enter the password 7896 and press RECORD
5. Enter 160
6. Enter 00 0 The Control code 160-000 item 0 is now displayed.
7. Select F3 Item No. and enter 039
8. Select F4 Data
9. Press 0 and RECORD to change the control code
10. Press RESET 4 times to return.

That got rid of the error.

Now the issue is trying to transfer file over. Keep getting "Transmission Error" on the PC.

I'm using a USB to Serial dongle. Maybe i need to find a system with direct serial?
