check out MENU --> Error(Severity)Table.
See also HandlingTool PDF.

What alarms are you trying to block exactly, as there are a couple different ways to do this.
-
Faults such as, anytime the deadman switch is released. Just trying to keep the alarm history from filling up with a bunch of nuisance faults.
-
I'm trying to do the same thing here. In my case mainly trying to eliminate deadman switch release, reset button pressed (operator loves to mash that reset button), and weld AO scaling used.
-
I'm also looking to do the same thing.

$ER_NOHIS
0 = All posted errors and RESET are recorded in the error queue.
1 = WARNING errors are not recorded in the error queue. Other errors and RESET are still
recorded in error queue.
2 = RESET is not recorded in error queue. Errors are still recorded in
the error queue.
3 = WARNING error and RESET are not recorded in the error queue. Other errors are still
recorded in the error queue.

Menu --> Setup --> Setup2--> ErrorTable ... If you don't know FCode --- Sequentially go through numbers(Watch FName change to what you desire). ECode(number) is shown at top of pendant as well as log (what you want to block) Erlog---set this to NoDisp for Pend or NoErLog for no display in Alarm log...other options are there as well, just stating most common.
Test by pressing "Verify" softkey.
