No, the D328 is not the panel board, that is for IO. The panel board is where all your e-stops, auto stops and such are wired into. D509 I think would be the number for that one.

Are all the Panel Unit LEDs on? Which ones are off?
Regarding the 20223 e-stop status conflict error, I would:
1) Make sure all connectors to the Panel Unit are fully seated.
2) Cycle every e-stop button about 10-times with the power on. Every means all external plus the teach pendant & controller front panel. E-stop contacts can get resistive in some environments if not cycled periodically, doing it with the power on allows the make/break arcing at the contact to break down residue.
3) Power down the controller, power up, and then see if the 20221 & 20223 errors reappear.
Bridged them all and the lights are all on on...
Tomorrow I'm gonna try what you would do!

I did what you said, and I got rid of the e-stop errors.
All that's left is the system failure state error....

If I continue to the jogging page, I also get the following message:

Glad the estops are gone. My best guess is there is still an electrical/hardware issue causing the 10014. Can you do a new elog and post? When I don't see position values, I think about rev counters. Since it started with the DSQC328, are its MS & NS LEDs green? Do you have a recent backup from before these issues started? I would try reloading recent parameters before restoring a backup.

So if the e-stops are gone, then why can you not jog? The one picture I saw of the jog screen it showed linear mode. If your rev counters are lost then you cannot jog linear, but should be able to do so in joint mode.

I can't move the robot, no movement at all....
The motor on button on the front does not blink and it does not respond when pressed.
I find it difficult to indicate where the problem may lie...
When I try to switch from linear to rotational jogging I get this message.

Can you reload parameters from a backup taken before this started?

Should load all parameters, can't say just the I/O would make a difference.
An entire backup from before this started would very helpful to try.
I would concentrate on getting the robot to jog before trying to load a program.

Since it was a fully functional robot before testing the DSQC328, my assumption was there should be a backup somewhere.
On the electrical side of troubleshooting, make sure the connections between the panel board and the backplane are good.
Does this 'Unexpected error' occur when pressing the teach pendant deadman switch or when changing jog coordinates?

I bought this robot from an auction, had a company reinstall the software on it.
Then I set up the IO prameters and created a program for it...
and that's how it's worked until now...
Then I didn't make any more backups because I thought I had enough using the IO parameter and the program.
The 'Unexpected error' occur when you go to jogging screen and try to jogg.
Also the light on the front from the motor turn on button is of and not blinking...
