Hi. our problem is, when we using weaving during welding the ArcSense not follow property the weld. On all fillet weld PB we need to using weave angles (weave plane), because at 0° torch weaving is in X world systems not in TTS. So for fillet weld I always need to use 135° or -45° for property weaving. When I welding in PA position at 0° weave plane Buttwelds at that time nicely working.
I read on doc. the ArcSense working property only when I using 0° angle weave plane.
How and where to set up weaving to TTS. Where could be a problem?
(The tool is 6D Measured. )
( it works with our other robots, but what cud be differences in software? )
