Configuring the "Offline Programming System" KUKA.OfficePC

    KSS:8.5.8

    Robot: Virtual robot, OfficePc


    Newly acquired, think maybe we're missing a setting in the WoV configuration to virtualize the robot. System's looking for actual RDC connections and all.


    Anyone know which configuration has to change to make this a "dummy" robot?

  • must be used system and someone replaced HDD or dumped image from a robot.

    should just change envirnment to OfficePc...


    open C:\KRC\Roboter\Config\System\Common\ConfigXml.xml and change

    <Environment EnvPath="Cabinet/"/>

    into

    <Environment EnvPath="Office/"/>

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

  • Did You used the WorkingProject that came with OfficePC, or downloaded another project inside it?


    Never used these new OfficePCs, but I think You should configure only the bus connected to it, if is any.
