Ok, I checked and it is still there. Could Motoman be any more vague with this message? Robot runs ok no errors, but I sure would like to know what it expects me to check and then to acknowledge that message so it goes away. Thanks all.

I add my two cents to your request:
I have checked the axis and do the grease refilling and still I've the message. What we have to do now?

This happen on DX200 and I guess also in YRC1000

You can contact your local Yaskawa office to turn off this function. it is turned on by Japan by default but it can be turned off if you wish.

It's asking you to grease the robot. The problem is that once the greasing is done, you have no way to turn off the message. It must be done by a Yaskawa representative.

LOL that is one of the dumbest things I've heard yet from Yaskawa. They throw an alarm to have you do something then make you call them to get it removed. They are getting more and more like Fanuc everyday.

The next time a Yaskawa rep is at your facility, ask them to turn the option off so that you won't get any more messages similar to this.

Change S2C1233 to a “1”.
Select PM icon
Select on inspect notice
Reset.
