The YRC1000 controller operating system is not loaded

    Hello friends;

    we needed to format an SD memory.

    By pressing the "interlock+9+select" key combination, we were able to enter the YRC1000 controller operating system.

    Then we went into Windows CE and formatted the memory. Then we turned the controller off and on.

    The system was never loaded after turning on the controller YRC1000. And as before, the Windows CE operating system was loaded.

    Changed the title of the thread from “The DX200 controller operating system is not loaded” to “The YRC1000 controller operating system is not loaded”.

    Your probably gonna need to get the software from Yaskawa which they should give you for free and you can load it into the controller. The procedure is in the manual and pretty easy to follow. I had to load the operating software into the controller that Motoman forgot to do it on.
