Startingbwith KP2

  • Hello i have a kuka robot kr 16hw arc KRC4 and external axis KP2 .. i want some instruction for sending my position to plc and controle the axis from plc ..

  • get some sensor that can locate you and express your location in some numeric form, perhaps area laser scanner or a mat or camera etc.

    connect sensor to plc

    program plc to get data from sensor

    connect plc to robot using fieldbus they both support

    map on the plc end data to I/O that robot can read

    map on the krc data to I/O that PLC controls

    program robot to respond to received value.
