FA10L Arc Weld Robot

Never come across Arc Welding Robot that is being used for Painting/Spraying before...….makes no sense to me...…

The image you posted comes from Paint manuals, not Arc Weld.

The attached image is from PAINT manual showing how SMOOTH accuracy works.

Why are you posting images of PAINT code then?

If you have a standard Kawasaki Arc Weld Robot then you have:

1. BLOCK Programming - With dedicated Arc Weld Motion and parameters.

2. AS Programming - With dedicated Arc Weld Motion and parameters including availability of using standard AS Language and parameters.

I suggest you read/use the correct manuals for your robot, as attached and specifically look at accuracy references and possible circular commands (C1WC/C2WC/C2WE/CIR1/CIR2/C1MOVE/C2MOVE)

You would have been better off using a Sealing application enabled robot instead of Arc Welding as these have specific flow orientated commands available for gun control and distance on/off.

In this case then, I suggest you program using standard AS Language Manual then, you should be able to achieve your requirement that way.

Look at CP, ACCURACY and MOTION TYPE references including LMOVE/JMOVE/C1MOVE/C2MOVE Motion instructions.

In both Arc weld AS and D Series AS manuals I posted earlier contain sample programs and instruction examples that you can use on your robot.

You will need to be more specific in your request as I don't quite understand your question?

If you are looking at simulation software, then K-Roset can be used for writing programs and checking/testing in simulation environment.

K-Roset can be obtained from you local Kawasaki distributor for free, this is called K-Roset Lite.

You could then either obtain trial license or full license to unlock full version to use.

Trial license I think is valid for 60 days and is free, but license requires purchasing and arrives in the form of a USB HASP security key which can be used in any PC with K-Roset installed on.

I forgot to add:

1. KCWinxxx and KRTerm are online editors and require connection to be made to real world robot in order to use.

2. Notepad++ and KIDE can be used offline to create programs.

3. You could use any text editor to create programs offline but you would need knowledge of correct format and syntax to avoid rejection when loading in.

K-Roset however, contains all of the above necessary and includes 3d robot so you can test, confirm, evaluate and learn from.

I always recommend, if possible for newcomers to obtain K-Roset as it will also assist with learning too.
