After the load, when you power off, you are turning off dipswitch 6 aren't you?
-
Yes i did. Then still no version so when i do id again. Same error as before.
When i run the origin 1ge board it show those errors. So that board is broken.
-
Do you have any 9ZA boards?
-
Yes i have one more
-
Should i place that one?
-
This board has less chips then this board
-
Which is correct?
-
I found 3th board too
-
9ZA boards in order to function require 4 removable EEPROMS.
These are the 4 chips with labels on them, the label also tells you WHICH location they should be inserted into.
You can swap these around your other 9ZA boards (just making sure the dipswitches are all the same) and try them all out (Just make sure you don't damage them).
-
You mean dips the jumpers i guess?
I test one but that one isnt work so i Will swap the chips
-
The 9ZA is basically the computer part of it all.
The 4 EEPROMS are required as they hold the AS firmware and programs etc.
They also need the 3 batteries installed on them.
9ZA are all the same, except for the EEPROMS and jumpers/dipswitches.
This information is all in the troubleshooting documentation - The link I provided you for these.
The fact you have one robot system with all these boards could well suggest a previously failed attempt at fixing it......and it you may be in possession of faulty items too.
So, by trying to plug and play with them, you may just get it working......but without knowing if ANY are functional or not, I think you need 'lady luck' to be on your side.
-
Hahaha yes i Will try more changes. I get on the third board 9za now also a lot of running errors same as that 1ge board. So after diner i Will check if those 2 boards Will match? Is that an option?
But thanks a lot Already for your help men. You have serieusly a lot of experience.

I have an other js 030 and looks like everything breaks 🙈 the jt 4 motor was broken i thought because it keeps toggling between 2 positions. So i replaced the motor with same encoder and serialnumber on the js 030 but same result. Do you have a solution for that too?
-
Yes, that's an option.
If I was in your position I would have emptied gasoline over it and held a Kawasaki Robotic Sacrificial Party......
9ZA and 1GE are key to getting this going.....
-
Finally i steppes one step forward thanks kwakisaki!!! But got new error ofcourse.
-
Hmmm...… some nice progression, we can see software version at last.
The error 1420 is because the small card fitted to 1GE (1GM board) is not correct type for Robot Arm being used, change 1GM card to resolve this.
-
Regarding JS30, it depends on the error code on what could be causing the problem, sounds like brake is worn.
-
Hmm that is what i thought too. So what i did. I change 2 axis that has equal motor. Then i run by TP and no surprise but motor is just fine only Some where else the throuble come from. I think it Will be the servo board but how can i check this do you know? The error is bit different all the time but i Will make a pic by tomorrow. Also i Will test the board tomorrow. Let me know if you know a way of testing it. The voltage of the brake is over the robot 21 v what i think is a bit low?

JS30 Joint 2 and Joint 4 motors are not the same are they?
