I have tried to locate these manuals on Motoman.com & .eu (oftentimes a much better experience) but cannot find them anywhere.

I even reached out to my sales and service reps, but they only got me the internal wiring schematics.

Does anyone have the CD of manuals for the new controller?

I know that certain locations are sending them out on USB instead of CD due to most computers not having CD readers anymore. Check and see if there was a USB stick that came with your robot (in a bag or in a box). I know that's what we do at our Yaskawa location in Canada.

We dont have the robots yet, we are trying to work on our schematic design. Our robot order is still 4 weeks out.

You should be able to download the manuals you need from motoman.com. Here is the link:

    https://www.motoman.com/en-us/service-…t-documentation

Fill in some basic information (Name, Company, E-mail, etc.) and then you will have access to the full list. You will need to know which robot arm and which controller you are receiving. The Product Documentation lists supports XRC all the way through YRC1000.
