Hi I have a krc4 and a KR360R2830 C4 robot. These were removed from a line and put in storage for a few years. I have now been tasked with repurposing this but I cannot get the safety to reset.
It was originally linked to the line via ethernet I/P but I now want to run it standalone but I cannot get the safety to reset. I have disabled the ethernet ip using work visual but still no difference even when in start-up mode the safety is not resetting.
The error messages are all safety system related"confirmation of safety circuit required" , "safe device communication error" etc.
If anyone has any thoughts on how to resolve this I would be grateful.
I am running with Krc V8.3.17 and workvisual 5.0
